Software

Tools we're building for port logistics.

We're developing practical software for the problems we see in consulting engagements — starting with the ones that cost shippers and carriers the most.

In development. Not available yet. An early concept prototype exists and is being tested privately. Join the waitlist to shape what we build first.

Our approach to load matching — post-a-load workflow, find-loads board, plain-English match scoring, rate guidance grounded in the market. Nothing here is finished, and nothing is for sale yet.

Built for the people who live this

Small carriers and owner-operators running port and regional freight

Dispatchers who need capacity without the phone tag

Shippers posting drayage and intermodal loads on repeat lanes

What's coming

Planned for the first release

  • Post-a-load in under a minute
  • Equipment, lane, and radius filtering
  • Match scoring on every pairing
  • Rate guidance from historical context
  • In-platform messaging between parties

On the roadmap

  • Carrier profiles and performance history
  • Document handling (rate confirmations, BOLs)
  • Lane analytics and market trends

KP Match is in active development. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when the first release opens.

What is load matching?

A load board lists freight and hopes the right truck sees it. Load matching goes further: it scores the fit between a specific load and a specific carrier — equipment, lane, timing, rate history — and surfaces the pairings most likely to work. Less searching, fewer dead calls, faster coverage. For port freight, where every load carries an appointment window, that speed is the whole game.

Why we'll get this right

Most load boards are built by software companies guessing at what dispatchers need. KP Match is being designed by consultants who spend their days inside freight operations. We know which features get used and which get ignored — because we've watched both, across real dispatches, real ports, and real deadlines.

Consulting first, software second

We don't build software on hunches. Every KP Match feature starts as a pattern we see across consulting engagements — the same spreadsheet rebuilt weekly, the same phone call made daily, the same workaround nobody questions. When a pattern is strong enough, we build it. Consulting finds the problem; software removes it.

We'll write when it's ready — no spam, no hype.
